With almost two decades of public secondary school administration experience in Ontario, Paul Richard is recognized for developing engaging, forward-thinking programs that prepare students for future success. He served as Principal of Norwell District Secondary School and College Heights Secondary school within the Upper Grand District School Board and sat on the Board of Directors with the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre
